Jack will regale the recipient with tales of the high seas, but his bottle's usually empty, so don't be surprised if he attempts to commandeer some rum.

For an extra fee, Captain Sparrow can be convinced to strip to his skivvies, in a comedic fashion. He has, in fact, done this in public before, and it has yet to get him run out of a bar or restaurant, so rest assured that it would be fine for the fine establishments around here, even if things are a bit different here than the Carribean.
